Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026 · Print My Whatever is operated by Cool Idea Designs LLC, Phoenix, AZ
The short version
- Upload only images you have the right to use.
- Your photos stay yours. The physical thing you buy is yours.
- Every item is made to order, so we can only cancel before production starts.
- If it arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described — tell us and we will fix it.
- We can refuse an order. If we do, you are not charged.
1. Who we are, and what this covers
These terms apply when you order from Print My Whatever, operated by Cool Idea Designs LLC. By placing an order you accept them. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. What you may upload
You are telling us that you have the right to use every image you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or privacy.
Do not upload a photograph of another person without their agreement. If the photograph is of a child, it should be uploaded by that child’s parent or guardian.
Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or designed to harass a real person.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to use it only to make and deliver your order, and to keep a copy so we can reprint or fix it — nothing else. We do not use it for marketing without asking you first, and we do not use it to train AI.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it or begin production, whichever is first.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and tax unless stated.
We try hard to keep prices and listings accurate. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil it.
4. Made to order — what that means for changes and cancellations
Every item is manufactured individually for you after you order, so there is a point past which it cannot be un-made.
Before production starts — email us and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full.
Once production has started — we usually cannot cancel, because the item exists and is yours alone. Ask anyway; if we can, we will.
5. If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not match its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you. That is our choice to make, but we will not be difficult about it.
Because items are personalised, we do not accept general change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
3D printing has real physical limits. Colour, surface finish and fine detail vary between runs, and a small photo yields a less detailed model than a sharp one. Ordinary variation of this kind is not a fault — but if you are unhappy with how yours came out, tell us and we will look at it.
6. Orders we may refuse
We may decline or cancel an order — before or after payment — if the upload appears to infringe someone’s rights, depicts a person who has not agreed to it, breaks §2, is technically impossible to produce, or looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund you in full. We are not obliged to explain a refusal, though usually we will.
7. What we own, and what you own
The item you buy is yours. Your uploaded photos remain yours.
The site, our branding, our own designs and templates, and the software behind all of it remain ours. Buying a printed item does not transfer any rights in the underlying digital model unless we say so in writing.
8. Acceptable use of the site
Do not scrape it, break into it, overload it, or use automated tools against it beyond ordinary browsing. Do not resell access to it.
9. Warranty and liability
Except where the law says otherwise, the site and everything on it are provided as-is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and some places do not allow these limits at all, in which case they do not apply to you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.
11. Governing law
Arizona law governs these terms, and the state and federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona are the venue for any dispute — except where consumer-protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which we do not attempt to take away.
